Job Description
Contract: 1 year & Extendable
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Jira Software Jira Service Management (JSM) Confluence and Opsgenie (Cloud/SaaS).
- Design and implement scalable Jirabased solutions to streamline complex processes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using JMWE Python and other inapp scripting tools.
- Lead the integration of new Atlassian addons and thirdparty products into the ecosystem.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide expert consultations on Atlassian productbased solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee license management renewals and budgeting to ensure optimal and costeffective usage.
- Coordinate with global Atlassian partners and vendors to enhance platform capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Jira Service Management.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of handson experience in Jira Jira Service Management and Confluence administration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom workflows advanced JQL SLAs and automation rules.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
- Proficient in Python scripting Jira cloud REST APIs and Automation for Jira.
- Familiar with addons like JMWE Tempo Zephyr Squad and more.
- Excellent communication coordination and presentation skills.
- A problemsolving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in team leadership or collaborative crossfunctional roles.
Added Advantages:
- Atlassian certifications (e.g. ACP100 ACP600).
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud migration strategies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket and GitLab.
- Exposure to lowcode/nocode platforms for process automation.
- Troubleshooting skills in Laravel and applications.
- Working knowledge of MySQL databases
