Position Overview:
Our client a diversified retail group is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their teams in Beirut Lebanon. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including HR administration payroll recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and handle any related issues
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases
Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the companys goals and objectives
Lead the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees
Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HRrelated issues
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our processes and policies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Lebanon
Experience in the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in recruitment employee relations and performance management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
