The Position
Patient Journey Partner Local customer facing role unlocking value along patient journeys
Purpose
The Patient Journey Partner is the local face of Roche and works closely with patients and all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roches capabilities to cocreate meaningful solutions.
By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety the Patient Journey Partner identifies shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to cocreate solutions.
Being successful in this role will deliver better outcomes for patients and better community value ultimately resulting in better commercial results.
The scope
What this role is:
It is locally embedded in the ecosystem
It is an integrated role functionally agnostic i.e. it does not fit into the traditional concepts of Commercial/Sales or Medical Affairs.
It has no profitability sales objectives or incentives
It acts as trusted partner and primary point of contact for defined stakeholders (physicians nurses pathologists etc.)
It works closely with the PJPs and HSP within the ecosystem to create value for the customers and collaborates with PJP of similar DA within DA pods in Levant and the Network
What this role is not:
It does not engage in tellandsell
It is not limited to scientific engagement.
It does not act as the exclusive point of contact for defined stakeholders.
Your challenges
Partnering with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock value.
Stewarding Roches products through their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner.
Sharing patient and stakeholder needs internally pulling in expertise and resources locally and from the network and driving solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
Ensuring great customer experience whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche.
