We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Pricing Manager to join our Tender Unit team in Dubai. Strategic Pricing and Bid Management
- Lead the development of competitive pricing strategies including pricetowin analysis and profitability assessments.
- Oversee the endtoend tender submission process ensuring timely and compliant deliverables.
- Identify optimal pricing structures that balance competitiveness and profitability aligning with company objectives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business development project teams finance and other key stakeholders to align contract pricing with organisational policies.
- Ensure financial implications are thoroughly assessed for both bids and postaward execution.
- Collaborate with Business Line and Service Line partners finance tax and additional functions to maintain alignment with company standards and policies.
Risk Management and Cost Evaluation
- Oversee the evaluation of contract documents identifying risks and preparing detailed cost estimates (BOEs).
- Develop and maintain cost/pricing models narratives schedules and technical elements ensuring compliance with RFP specifications.
- Conduct financial modelling and forecasting to assess the impact of pricing decisions on business performance.
- Review contract documents to evaluate risks and potential cost exposures assigning reasonable cost and schedule impact scenarios.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 57 years of experience in commercial pricing project controls and/or related field with a proven track record of success
- Experience in a leadership role managing pricing teams
- Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies strategies and financial principles
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and pricing software with experience in financial modelling
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and understanding of competitive landscapes
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with the Middle East market and regional business practices is advantageous
