Job Description
About the Company:
A wellestablished corporate entity based in Kopar Khairne Navi Mumbai operating in a fastpaced environment. The company is focused on Metal and Interior design products for Airports Railway stations and corporate parks.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts agreements and legal documents
Handling corporate legal compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Coordinating with external legal counsels for litigation and legal advisory matters
Assisting in legal due diligence company secretarial work and record management
Managing legal documentation notices and correspondence
Providing legal support to various departments and advising on risk mitigation
Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB). Additional certifications in corporate law or compliance are a plus.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferably in handling corporate and contract law matters.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of contract law company law and regulatory frameworks
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
Note: This is a fulltime onsite role based in Kopar Khairne Navi Mumbai. Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred.
