Job Opportunity with One of Our Esteemed MNC Clients
We are hiring freshers for the position of Warranty Claims Processor to work with one of our reputed MNC clients in the automotive domain. This is an excellent opportunity for recent BE Mechanical and BE Automotive graduates looking to kickstart their careers with a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain quality and service standards in warranty claims processing as per the agreed SLA.
Process and analyze dealer warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
Ensure claims are managed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Investigate warranty issues identify causes and determine responsibility and liability.
Leverage external resources (dealer portal parts catalogs sales info) for claim verification and analysis.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly production reports.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Only BE Mechanical or BE Automotive graduates (Freshers welcome).
Work Mode: Work from Office Airoli location.
Shift: Night shift (Mandatory).
Other Requirements: Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
