Amazon Flex is reimagining what it means to work and we need your help. Were in search of someone organized and highspeed to help lead our product development efforts coordinating across multiple teams technologies and geographies.
Flex () is a gig economy program that lets anyone become their own boss (a delivery partner) and set their own schedule by delivering packages to Amazon customers. The Flex app coordinates delivery partners work with Amazons logistics technologies. Its the home to every feature a delivery partner would need: onboarding delivery scheduling routing and navigation tracking their earnings and more. Delivery partners are a key ingredient in ensuring a great experience for Amazons customers and were building features to engage with our partners like never before.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
