Assist in developing and applying GenAI models to automate risk assessments evidence analysis control mapping and compliance reporting.
Work with SMEs to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions across SRC services.
Design and implement lowcode workflows using Power Automate and integrate them with Microsoft 365 tools forprocess automation.
Design implement generative AI solutions (e.g. text summarization report generation knowledge retrieval) andideate on Agentic AI and other upcoming technologies for SRC.
Evaluate and finetune pretrained models to align with SRCspecific domain language and compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing deliverables such as AIdriven assessment reports insight summaries and proofofconceptdocumentation.
Stay current on advancements in AI LLMs prompt engineering and automation platforms relevant to cybersecurity and compliance.
Position Requirements
Proven experience in designing and applying Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to solve complex realworld problems preferably in cybersecurity risk or regulatory domains.
Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs) prompt engineering embeddings and textbased AI applications.
Proficiency in GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI Gemini and integration frameworks for enterprise use cases.
Experience integrating GenAI solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps) to drive intelligent automation in business workflows.
Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts including supervised unsupervised and generative models.
Handson experience with ML development frameworks such as NLP and Transformers for building and deploying productiongrade models.
Familiarity with integrating GenAI into Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. SharePoint Teams Outlook) to support assessment or documentation workflows.
Strong coding proficiency in Python with practical experience building scalable AI/ML tools and APIs.
Good understanding of responsible AI principles including fairness transparency privacy and governance in AI applications.
Understanding of GenAI deployment best practices and practical constraints such as model bias data security and explainability.
Demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging GenAI technologies to drive innovation in cybersecurityand compliance.
Desired Knowledge
Demonstrated handson experience with machine learning and GenAI technologies including working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT in realworld applications Prompt engineering AI/ML platforms such as Azure OpenAI or similar lowcode solutions.
Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent are highly preferred.
Years of experience
Overall 23 years of experience with process automation/innovation and minimum of 12 years of experience in developing Gen AI models.
Professional and Educational Background
BE / B Tech / MCA / MS / MBA (Field of Study: Computer and Information Science AI/ML).
