ManagerProject Commercials Job Description :

  1. Overall Responsibilities
  2. Overall responsibility for the successful Order Cycle Management planning execution monitoring controlling and closure of a project commercials

Receivables

  1. Functional roles

The role of the Commercial Manager encompasses many activities including:

  1. Extending support/Guidance to sales team to get Purchase orders in line with Vertiv Requirements Scope definition HSN code Line items Product Description Qty Unit rates Tax class Bill to and Ship to address customer GST Numbers INCO Terms etc.
  2. PO/SO validation and Commercial clearance in consultation with HO team. Supporting SS team on Sales Order creation.
  3. Activity Planning Developing Schedules and Sequencing Sales Demand Planning and Review with Factory/Product Planners SQ/SO demand Plan Correction Required date (RD) and Promise date (PD) updation as per customer requirement Coordination for Factory acceptance test (FAT) with Factory and Customer. Following up and Obtaining confirmation from Factory on order placement for long lead items on vendors to ensure timely execution of customer order. Preparation of CAS ( commissioning Activity Schedule)
  4. Documentation For STPI and SEZ orders collection of necessary forms (Like FORM A /SEZ certificate) submission of Proforma Invoice Advance Payment collection if applicable and getting Dispatch clearance (DC) from customers prior to Dispatch. Processing Bank Guarantees ( Advance/Performance/ Retention) based on order requirement
  5. Execution and Tracking Timely follow up with Factory for Billing Tracking shipment Coordinate with Logistics for material unloading and getting POD documents. Submission of Invoice to customer with relevant documents as per PO conditions to timely realize payment.
  6. Monitoring and Reporting Progress to all stake holders regularly.
  7. Data Management Keeping tracker for orders Documentation Order Sales and Receivables.

EDUCATION MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:

  • Min Bachelor Degree is essential. Business degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIRED:

  • 5 years experience required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

  • Excellent communication presentation and Analytical skills.
  • Results oriented; customer focused and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving the goal
  • Fluent English essential multiple languages a plus
  • Computer application MS office and Power BI

TRAVEL:

  • Domestic travel as needed
