Join the Bazaar team to be part of building a new tailormade ultraaffordable shopping experience for customers in India.
As the fees & pricing program leader you will own a critical charter to ensure we can deliver on Bazaars crazy low prices promise. You will own building and scaling programs that measure price compeitivness for Bazaar build levers that drive the right price perception for Bazaar and keep tabs on how customers ultralow ASP price preferences continue to evolve. Additionally you will own an innovation charter to identify structural opportunities to lower Bazaars cost to serve (across various levers) to be able to afford offering lower prices.
This is a great generalist role that will be at the forefront of defining and evolving the Bazaar business strategy. Youll get to closely work with all functions across category operations finance logistics product and more as you bring together various stakeholder perspectives to build multiple pricing/fees/costtoserve programs for Bazaar.

Bachelors degree
5 years of professional experience in program management business operations or related field
Experience managing crossfunctional initiatives
Experience with data analysis and reporting
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience in build and scaling large programs preferrably related to shopping customer experience or ecommerce
P&L management
Generalist experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
Proficiency in analytics and SQL
Background in process improvement
