Job Summary:
We are looking for a Delivery Head with a strong background in IT services project
and product delivery and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for endtoend delivery management ensuring timely execution quality
assurance and client satisfaction. This role requires a leader with excellent
stakeholder management strong technical acumen and the ability to drive high performance teams.
An understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and its applications is a significant
advantage as we focus on leveraging AIdriven solutions for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management:
Oversee the successful execution of IT projects and product deliveries within
timelines budget and scope.
Define and implement best practices delivery frameworks and agile
methodologies to enhance project execution.
Ensure effective resource allocation risk management and issue resolution.
Work closely with clients internal teams and external vendors to ensure
seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Technology & Innovation:
Stay updated with latest technologies industry trends and best practices to
drive innovation.
Guide teams on adopting modern tech stacks cloud solutions DevOps and
AI/MLbased approaches.
Promote automation scalability and performance optimization in product and
service deliveries.
Understanding and leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to drive AIpowered innovations and efficiencies.
Leadership & Team Management:
Build and manage highperforming teams ensuring proper mentorship and
growth opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration ownership and continuous learning.
Drive operational excellence and process improvements across all delivery
functions.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their requirements
and expectations are met.
Develop strong client relationships ensuring longterm business growth and
customer satisfaction.
Work with sales presales and solution teams to provide technical insights for
new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
12 years of experience in IT project and product delivery in the IT services
industry.
Proven track record in managing largescale complex projects with multiple
stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile Scrum DevOps and cloudbased architectures.
Strong understanding of modern technologies like AI ML Blockchain IoT
Microservices and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and its potential applications is a plus.
Excellent leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Experience in budget management risk assessment and vendor coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Clevel
executives and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (CSM SAFe) are a plus.
Experience in handling multigeography multiclient delivery models.
Background in software development architecture or engineering leadership.
