Position Summary:The IT Director for the Filtration and Separation Division (FSD) contributes to the development and execution of IT strategy and provides leadership for a staff of program managers and business analysts. This role works with Vice Presidents & General Managers across the division in support of $1B in revenue. The IT leader operates as the single point of contact and leader to business leaders ensuring we deliver on business priorities and goals. Implementing effective and efficient communications across the division. The role supports an IT operating model that uses existing IT and Business processes streamlines the in-take and prioritization processes and provides oversight and governance to ensure success.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $176000.00$234700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
