Description:
A fastpaced and growing business is looking for a skilled Order Management Specialist to join its Mumbai operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in inventory and order management this is a role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire order management cycle from order receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain clear records and documentation for all orderrelated activities.
Work with retail and counter sales teams to manage inventory and product display.
Support smooth instore operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Prior experience in order management or a similar role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Familiarity with ERP or order management software preferred.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
