The Territory Head will oversee team performance ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives and meet regional business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead and execute sales strategies for the bancassurance channel within the territory focusing on life insurance products. Drive business growth by ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the team of managers and FLS professionals. Align territory objectives with overall company goals and implement action plans to achieve them. Team Management & Development: Manage a team of Managers and FLS professionals ensuring efficient performance and growth. Provide guidance coaching and mentoring to managers and FLS teams to enhance their sales capabilities. Set clear goals and KPIs for managers and FLS track their performance and drive accountability. Organize regular training programs for the team on sales techniques product knowledge and market trends. Channel Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key bank partners to foster mutual growth. Collaborate with bancassurance partners to create joint business plans and ensure the alignment of goals. Ensure effective communication between the FLS team and bank staff to maximize sales potential. Market Penetration & Business Growth: Identify new opportunities for growth within the territory by understanding market needs customer demands and competitor activities. Develop and execute initiatives to penetrate untapped markets and expand the customer base. Drive crossselling and upselling opportunities by leveraging both existing and new relationships. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales activities track performance and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for managers and FLS teams. Provide timely reports on team performance market conditions and growth initiatives to senior management. Use data and analytics to evaluate business outcomes and refine sales strategies for improved results. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements company policies and ethical standards across all sales activities. Monitor risk areas within the team and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks related to sales processes. Customer Focus & Service Excellence: Ensure that both the managers and FLS teams focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer needs.
