Job Overview
Pallavi International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Coach Female to join our team in Hyderabad. This midlevel position requires expertise in swim instruction and a passion for teaching students across different age groups. The ideal candidate will hold essential qualifications to ensure the safety and skill development of all participants.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in swim instruction focusing on delivering quality lessons to students (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to create and implement comprehensive lesson plans for swim training sessions (Mandatory skill).
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid to handle emergency situations in an aquatic environment (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of water safety protocols to ensure a safe swimming environment for all students.
- Proficiency in teaching stroke techniques to improve participants swimming efficiency and performance.
- Experience in stroke correction to enhance students overall swimming ability and align with industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to students.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build an encouraging and motivating learning atmosphere for participants.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons for students of varying skill levels ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the skill level and goals of each student or group.
- Monitor and evaluate students progress providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols within the swimming facility.
- Collaborate with school staff to organize swim meets and related events.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in swim coaching to provide topquality instruction.
- Promote a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards swimming as a lifelong skill and sport.
