You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our growing procurement operations. In this role you will work closely with theProcurement Manager Accounts Payable and various internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of procurement processes. You will be responsible for vendor onboarding contract administration procurement request tracking and maintaining compliance across procurement activities.
Support the Senior Procurement Manager in managing procurement intake processes and vendor engagements.
Oversee the endtoend flow of procurement requests ensuring timely movement through the approval and purchasing process.
Manage vendor onboarding collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.
Coordinate contract routing and signature collection ensuring contracts are executed and stored properly.
Maintain vendor master records including tracking total spend contract terms and renewal timelines.
Act as a liaison for internal departments with vendors responding to inquiries regarding contract status terms and procurement procedures.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure invoices without purchase orders are routed and corrected appropriately.
Maintain and regularly update the open Purchase Order (PO) report ensuring Accounting has accurate and uptodate information for monthend accruals.
Monitor procurement dashboards and provide timely alerts on upcoming renewals and expiring contracts.
Perform any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the Senior Procurement Manager.
Minimum 3 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferably in procurement or financerelated roles.
Proven experience in vendor management and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work crossfunctionally.
High degree of integrity discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proactive solutionsoriented and detailfocused approach to work.
