Develop and establish cyber security processes
Participate in technical negotiations with end customers and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other cyber security specialists in GE units around the world
Produce high quality documents and specifications
Support equipment sourcing (technical inputs equipment evaluation)
Contribute sales and R&D activities
Design configure and develop HMI & SCADA applications
Perform Cyber Security & SCADA system validation and factory acceptance test (FAT).
Support SCADA system engineering tasks including but not limited to SCADA systems database configurations upgrades / modifications communication network configurations firewall & cyber security configurations and testing the control system configuration on mirror platforms
Plan Specify Organize and participate testing in laboratory and at site
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 years of Experience with Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering
Strong Knowledge in substation communication protocols (eg. IEC61850 DNP3 IEC/101).
Good Knowledge of HMIs and SCADA Gateways and understanding of their concepts.
Knowledge of Network Security / Hardening Whitelisting and Cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge in network management protocols like SNMP.
Fluent written and oral skills in English; Finnish and other languages are benefit
Ability to global travel >50%
