About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead a reputed CBSEaffiliated school in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background proven leadership skills and a passion for academic excellence and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership in all academic and administrative functions of the school.
Implement and oversee the CBSE curriculum and ensure compliance with board standards and guidelines.
Mentor and supervise teachers and staff conducting regular performance evaluations.
Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment for students.
Communicate effectively with parents the school management and other stakeholders.
Organize school events PTMs and professional development programs.
Ensure smooth school operations including admissions budgeting infrastructure and staff management.
Promote innovation in teaching methodologies and use of technology in the classroom.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Masters Degree in Education (.) is mandatory. . is also acceptable with a strong leadership record.
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years in educational leadership roles (Vice Principal/Principal/Academic Coordinator etc.) in reputed CBSE schools.
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum school operations and regulatory frameworks.
