About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients delivering customized banking solutions and ensuring exceptional client service while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with midtolarge corporate clients to understand their banking needs.
Offer a range of corporate banking products and services including working capital finance CASA trade finance treasury solutions etc.
Achieve financial targets in terms of business volumes revenue generation and asset quality.
Conduct credit appraisals and coordinate with credit teams for timely approval and disbursement.
Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance and proactively manage risks.
Maintain high standards of client service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business Administration or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking/Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of credit assessment financial analysis and corporate finance products.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in client acquisition relationship building and revenue generation.
Candidate can be from bank or credit rating agency only
