Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive endtoend business process knowledge and the flexibility to work on both enhancement and support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and service.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow process builder flow assignment rules approval processes fields page layouts record types dynamic layouts apps actions custom settings and custom metadata.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
- Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime data quality and optimized response times.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases new features and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
- Provide guidance mentorship and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Experience in clientfacing roles or consulting.
- Knowledge of sales processes such as Order Management & Billing in Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce certifications are preferred.
