Job Description

About the Position:
Senior Group Lead - Real Estate (Cebu) Onsite
Start Date: Immediate

Account Type: Real Estate Home

Support Type: Voice

Work Setup: Fully onsite

Shift & Rest Days: Night shift with scheduled rest days

Educational Qualification: College Degree

Work Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Group Lead
Candidates must already be established in the Senior Group Lead role; those still in training for this position are not suitable
Responsible for managing 4 team leads
Clients prefer candidates with experience in voice accounts across any line of business (LOB)
Preferably candidates should have a strong background in operational excellence and governance
