Job Description

As the earths most customercentric company Amazon obsesses at improving customer experience on a daily basis. We are looking for a motivated fulltime Senior Associate to join our Global Business Services Capability team Customer Experience & Business trends (CXBT) in Bangalore India. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for an experience with an exciting dynamic company.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for providing timely and quality data collection/annotation for a variety of workflows. The tasks therefore will be repetitive in nature and will require the candidate to make quick decisions keeping in mind the provided guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the below:

Performing a wide range of data collection categorization validation annotation and data processing related tasks.
Meets business metrics and goals i.e. SLA production and quality targets
Using high level of judgement to determine/identify differentiated experiences and/or trends.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on execution escalate operational issues draft SOPs.
Conduct trainings for the team whenever required to improve crossskilling and build more capabilities
Contribute and lead process improvement initiatives that impact overall efficiency/ quality
Ensure high quality deliverable to the stakeholders via audit and validation

Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience globally. We are a team of builders that develop products services ideas and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings for almost every business at Amazon for every customer (e.g. consumers developers sellers/brands employees investors streamers gamers).

Our approach is based on determining the customer need along with problem solving and we work backwards from there. We use technical and nontechnical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team made up of a diverse set of profiles skills and backgrounds including: Product Managers Software Developers Computer Vision experts Solutions Architects Data Scientists Business Intelligence Engineers Business Analysts Risk Managers and more.

Bachelors degree
Speak write and read fluently in English
Speak write and read fluently in German
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Intermediate level of Excel

Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous work experience specially handling data recording and ML annotation
Interest in ecommerce and Generative AI solutions
Willingness to learn and passion for improving the overall customer experience
Selfstarter motivated and extremely organized
