Job Description
Experience with PLC/SCADA qualification activity execution.
* Experience in the operation and maintenance of all HVAC & Utility Equipment especially concerning electrical & instrumentation components.
* Experience with process & packing equipment such as Coating machines FBPs and Blister Pack machines including maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of SCADA BMS and DDC panels.
* Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all equipment.
* Experience in the preparation and timely implementation of the annual calibration plan for instruments.
* Experience in reviewing calibration certificates provided by external agencies.
* Ability to maintain electrical & instrument spares as well as consumable items for equipment/instruments.
* Commitment to following good documentation manufacturing and engineering practices in the plant.
* Adherence to the plants EHS requirements.
* Ability to perform any other responsibilities or additional work assigned by the reporting authority.
* Knowledge of DG set operation & monitoring.
* Knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of instrument calibration including flow meters pressure gauges temperature sensors PID valves and CFM sensors.
