Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales with at least 3 5 years in field sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing geographically distributed teams and meeting sales goals.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics and field automation tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
