Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through email and calls to resolve queries and complaints
- Providesupporton trading portfolio management and accountrelated issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution ofcustomerqueries
- Utilizecustomer servicetools such as Freshdesk and CRM tools effectively
- Maintain adherence to Quality and Compliance Guidelines while delivering a prompt solution
- Exhibit quick decisionmaking abilities to respond tocustomerinquiries
- Ensurecustomersatisfaction through efficient and qualitydrivenservice
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is a must
- 1 years of experience in acustomerhandling role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- A passion for going beyond the call of duty to assist customers
- Candidates with experience in stock broking financialservices or a related field will be preferred
- Comfortable working in a 6day workweek
