As the leader selected for this newly created position you will help shape the future of the Promo strategy process tools implementation and reporting for the Frequency businesses at Target. You will be a trusted advisor and team leader that will help develop and refine the insights needed to improve Targets promotional strategy across multiple pyramids divisions and businesses. This role will lead the team that will generate weekly and daily reporting to guide promo roadmap creation and recapping at the category level to ensure Target remains on strategy competitive and compelling each week.
Success in this role will require a simultaneously high degree of team leadership skill business strategy context and future process design competencies to orchestrate this new capability across the Frequency businesses. In addition this role will be required to design and facilitate the capability transfer and standardization of these processes from USbased teams to create a new end to end global process.
Finally this role is expected to be the chief conduit and integrator back to the USbased leader of the business to ensure clarity pivots results and expectations are met on both sides.
