Role Summary
- To Specify Control Design Implement and Validate Drives Systems for multiple domains.
- Create and maintain Design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with cross functional Team Sales Project Commissioning and Service teams.
- Validation of developed control system with RTS in HIL & SIL mode.
- Design standardization & validation of AVR & Exciter Control for large Machine.
- Flexibility in learning to adapt for different task
Essential Responsibilities
- Be part of a multidisciplined project team control system development and Validation for different domain projects.
- Manage change using the engineering change control system.
- Liaise with other company customers suppliers and subcontractors in order to support the Project execution.
- Adapt Project specific system controls for VSD Application.
- Comply with all company and customer health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in learning and adapt for different task
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Qualification BE/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M.E/ MTech Control System Engineering.
- Good theoretical understanding on VFD and its different control method for speed regulation.
- Flexibility in learning to adapt for different task.
- Good knowledge in Induction motor Synchronous Motor & DC Motors fundamentals equivalent circuit parameters and its speed control methods. Hands on experience in drive controls adaptation for any of the motors speed controls for Industry application.
- Good understanding on Power electronics components and its characteristics.
- Good theoretical knowledge in electrical components and its operation.
- Good theoretical knowledge in cable engineering electrical components selection heat loss calculation & short circuit calculation.
- Excellent communication skills report writing skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
