Job Description
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience with strong communication skills. Over 7 years of IT industry experience with substantial expertise as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer. Indepth experience with development configuration and maintenance of cloud services using AWS. Strong experience using AWS services including Compute Storage Network RDS Security and Serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda Step Functions and EventBridge. Experience with automated deployment tools and the principles of CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins GitHub GitHub Actions/Runners CloudFormation CDK Terraform and Helm. Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker Kubernetes ECS and AWS Batch. Solid understanding of cloud design networking concepts and security best practices. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and AWS SSM. Proficient in using Git with a good understanding of branching Git flows and release management. Scripting experience in Python Bash or similar including virtual environment packaging. Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Identity Management solutions such as SSO SAML and OpenID Connect. A solid understanding of application architectures including cloudnative approaches to infrastructure. Experience with testing tools like SonarQube Cucumber and Pytest. Experience in creating and running various types of tests including unit tests integration tests system tests and acceptance tests to ensure software and systems function correctly.
