Senior Resource to deliver Bangalore Campus
- Through understanding of Corporate Occupier/Campus Fitout Projects and Stakeholder Management
- Assists all efforts on Design development and management.
- Strategize Change Management Work Place Strategy Design Procurement and Execution
- Interfaces with key Client representatives on matters related to design procurement execution etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages key meetings pertaining to Design Procurement Progress etc.
- Manages the Plan View Platform for Project MIS
- Coordinates with key stakeholders during all stages of the Project
- Manages EHS and Compliances
- Oversees Construction Management Partner.
- Manages stakeholders within MDP Teams

Qualifications :
- Experience working in a similar role for an international company highly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Proficient in full Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook (emails and calendar) Word Excel and PowerPoint
