Job Description
Your Responsibilities
We re looking for an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to join our partner s growing technology team. In this role you ll be a central figure in driving crossfunctional enterprisescale initiatives forward from requirement gathering to solution delivery all within a maturing Agile environment.
You ll be expected to lead strategically while executing tactically navigating business needs technology constraints and stakeholder expectations across complex programs.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Overseeing business requirement analysis system/process design and milestone management
Acting as a key liaison across business and technology teams within an Agile PDLC
Continuously refining development standards and workflows to align with global best practices
Providing clear strategic recommendations to leadership
Identifying business improvement opportunities and proposing tactical solutions
Leading stakeholder meetings aligning expectations and timelines
Supporting enterprisewide programs with handson delivery focus
Requirements
You re the right fit if you have:
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science Mathematics or related field
7 15 years of experience in project/program management in a matrixed techdriven environment
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum is preferred; Kanban is a plus)
Experience managing technology projects in Financial Services or Banking
Handson background with enterprise program delivery tools (e.g. MS Project Excel Visio JIRA)
A proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills written and spoken
Full professional proficiency in Hungarian and English
Hungarian citizenship
