Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in complex international IT rollout programs
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) training and/or communications within IT system rollouts
- Proven expertise in communication and stakeholder management particularly in global crosscultural project environments
- Strong project management skills in both traditional and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of change management communication and training strategies in the context of IT implementations
- Handson experience with JIRA for task tracking and project coordination
- Excellent skills in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations documentation and communication materials
- Strong interpersonal skills conflict resolution abilities and a handson proactive mindset when working with stakeholders
- Businesslevel proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
