Job title
SFE team leads embedding Data & Analytics at the core of the organization with full responsibility for sellin sellout customer data and sales KPIs analytics and supports development of data ecosystem which enables drawing high quality insights.
For the defined scope (sellin / sellout / customer stock and consumption data / sales KPIs) the role provides analytical support in order to ensure Haleon is making optimal decisions based on a mix of rigorous analysis and insights.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager leads adaptation and deployment of AREA SFE projects in the country being valuable contributor to CEE SFE community and key business partner for LOC Channel Heads.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager focuses on Go To Market strategy creation and perfect execution by launching SMART Sales Incentive Plan and best in class sales team performance tracking with the ultimate goal to have most competitive Segmentation & Targeting model in the market and perfect instore objectives execution.
The role sits in Commercial Excellence department and reports to NRM & G2M Lead.
Coaching / Mentoring the Sales Force Effectiveness team to be key point of advisory in SFE related topics
Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) lead Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) definition business partnering for LT (especially Country Manager) and other ComEx functions
SFA management through SFE Team reassuring accurate Customer base (segmentation profiling clustering) and route management in both channels
Reporting / embedding Data & Analytics @ the core attribute in the organization
Suppliers Management / Budgeting ( Veeva TRAX IQVIA Nielsen)
Business Partnering complementary to points mentioned above
Responsibility Managing A&P budget for data sourcing instore audits and external reporting
Minimum 3 years experience in managerial role in salesforce effectiveness trade marketing sales area KAM or commercial finance with analytical skills/background within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG industry
University degree in statistics / econometrics economics / business administration sciences or engineering IT
Local country language and English at an advanced level
Background in SFE analytics sales Trade Marketing or related field
Experiences in GTM definition and in Segmentation & Targeting processes for any sales representatives teams (commercial / expert)
P&L understanding
Deep understanding of incentives which make sales teams drive perfect execution of business objectives
Being up to date with new digital tools supporting both reporting and route to market would be an additional advantage.
Strong change management experience
Strong experience in leading strategic process and alignment in a way that builds real buyin to ensure execution follows strategic alignment
Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights
Strong experience in leading an agenda within a senior leadership team (including ability to surface issues and misalignments and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner)
Knowledge of Power BI Trax Veeva will be an additional advantage.
