Job Description

Please note this is a hybrid role requiring one day per week at our Cheltenham office in Gloucestershire along with occasional travel of up to approximately 20% for customer and partner meetings across the UK and Europe. To be eligible for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work here.

Role Overview
As a Senior Partner Manager at VoCoVo your mission is to continue developing and executing our channel partner strategy that delivers exceptional growth across the UK & Europe. Youll be responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing our existing partner network and recruiting new high-potential partners aligned to our ideal partner profile.

This role plays a pivotal part in VoCoVos international expansion supporting our shift from a UK-centric direct sales model to a broader partner-led approach in key European markets. With only a fraction of the global top retailers located in the UK we see significant opportunity across the EEAand you will be key in helping us realise that growth.

What were looking for

  • 510 years of experience in channel or partner sales ideally within the tech or retail sector.

  • Strong knowledge of different partner models (distribution resell co-sell).

  • A combination of hunter and farmer mindsetsable to attract new partners while deepening existing relationships.

  • Experience running joint campaigns delivering partner training and supporting high-value deals.

  • Confidence working with both operational and C-level contacts.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills backed by data-driven decision-making.

What youll do

  • Identify recruit and develop partners that fit VoCoVos ideal partner profile.

  • Use your knowledge of the retail communication market to craft regionally adapted partner models.

  • Deliver against partner recruitment and revenue targets providing regular business reviews and performance oversight.

  • Launch joint sales campaigns and incentive initiatives to maximise partner engagement and sales outcomes.

  • Provide ongoing enablement to partners including training support on strategic deals and sharing best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and represent the partner perspective in strategic discussions.

  • Help shape our long-term partner strategy alongside the Head of Partner Sales contributing to company-wide initiatives beyond your day-to-day remit.


    Salary
    Salary range: 65000 - 75000
