Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of quotations orders and the delivery of spare parts to clients at both national and international levels. Acting as a key point of contact for customers your role is central to the operational and commercial success of the spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer enquiries and requests for spare parts.
  • Assess client needs and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Follow up on issued quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.
  • Monitor and track open orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of spare parts.
  • Issue proforma invoices and keep clients updated throughout the order cycle.
  • Track prepayments and liaise with the accounting department on unpaid invoices.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
    Collaboration and Communication

    Internal Stakeholders:
    You will work closely with all departments including Documentation Purchasing Logistics Finance Sales and Technical Support.

    External Stakeholders:
    You will maintain professional and responsive communication with customers across various regions.

    Your Profile

    • Education in Business Administration or related field.
    • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to work under internal procedures and follow directives from superiors.
    • Adherence to health safety hygiene environmental rules and internal company regulations
    • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong command of computer systems and office tools (e.g. MS Office Suite ERP systems).
