Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior Application Support Agent in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As a Junior Application Support Agent you will:
- Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users provide technical support investigate problems and determine appropriate actions.
- Ensure and perform all communication with the endusers;
- Participate to meetings with the development team.
- Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices; handling and documenting all requests;
- Improving documentation and creating FAQs based on received calls
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- IT diploma or relevant background
- Over 1 year of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role
- Solid understanding of ITIL support processes (incident problem and change management)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) and familiarity with JIRA workflows
- Basic knowledge of SQL Developer including running queries to compare data
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the business processes and rules behind workflows
- Basic navigation skills using dashboards and boards
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent ability to structure and communicate information clearly in writing
- Supportive solutionminded attitude with strong customer service and team interaction skills
