Your Role:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

Communicate with customers through phone email and chat to ensure a smooth and helpful experience.

Address questions related to products and services with clarity and professionalism.

Resolve issues promptly and turn every interaction into a positive experience.

Make each customer feel heard understood and satisfied.
What You Bring:

Fluency in Slovak

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
