Salary is EUR 1050 per month gross with bonuses

We are currently looking for Polishspeaking professionals to become part of our Customer Experts team. Youll serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries providing outstanding service and support for a renowned name in the automotive industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries representing a globally respected luxury car brand

Engage with customers via phone email and live chat to deliver exceptional support

Provide expert information on vehicle features services and more

Effectively resolve any issues or concerns ensuring customer satisfaction

Turn every interaction into a positive experience
What You Bring:

Fluency in Polish

Strong command of English both written and spoken

Passion for cars (a big advantage!)

Previous experience in customer service (minimum 6 months preferred)

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

A positive proactive attitude

Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
