join our team in Athens. This is a hybrid position with the option to work both onsite and remotely
with relocation support provided for candidates from outside Greece. If you thrive in a fastpaced

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and
problemsolving skills.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.
Good level of English for internal communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work onsite or remotely in Athens.
Relocation support is available for candidates outside of Greece.
Problemsolving mindset and a positive attitude.
