About the Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Science Teacher to join our dynamic team at a state school in Stafford. This position is perfect for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin their teaching journey in a supportive and thriving environment. As a Science Teacher you will primarily focus on Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 as your career progresses.
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified Science Teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a real impact in the classroom. You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills with mentoring and ongoing support as you grow into your role as a Science Teacher.

What Were Looking For
We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025 with a degree in Biology or a related field.
Has a strong passion for teaching Biology and inspiring students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Approaches teaching with positivity enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting students academic and personal growth.
Is open to feedback and has a genuine desire to develop professionally as a Science Teacher.
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative Science Teacher team and contributing to the wider school community.
