Job Description

Join Our Team as a Subcontractor Administrator at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL)

  • Salary: 25100 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week no weekends
  • Location: Bulford

Your Role:

  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and documentation of PPM contractor and data within their designated area of responsibility.
  • Provide effective and comprehensive administrative support to PPM team utilising Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Attend contractor performance meetings with the Subcontractor Manager and record minutes for attendance distribution.
  • Submit Work Orders (WOs) for remedial maintenance activities as directed by the technical coordinator from PPM tasks.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) or approval against authorised WOs for internal external maintenance teams and contractor tasking as per agreed quotes.
  • Producing performance reports on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by the Subcontractor Manager.

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications:3 GCSEs (or equivalent including Maths and English)
  • Experience: Excellent knowledge of computing systems and software particularly MS Office and SharePoint. Work in an accurate methodical and timely manner.
  • Skills: Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Builds positive relationships prioritises tasks and delivers high quality customer focused service with initiative and reliability.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
