Your Role:
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and documentation of PPM contractor and data within their designated area of responsibility.
- Provide effective and comprehensive administrative support to PPM team utilising Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Attend contractor performance meetings with the Subcontractor Manager and record minutes for attendance distribution.
- Submit Work Orders (WOs) for remedial maintenance activities as directed by the technical coordinator from PPM tasks.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) or approval against authorised WOs for internal external maintenance teams and contractor tasking as per agreed quotes.
- Producing performance reports on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by the Subcontractor Manager.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications:3 GCSEs (or equivalent including Maths and English)
- Experience: Excellent knowledge of computing systems and software particularly MS Office and SharePoint. Work in an accurate methodical and timely manner.
- Skills: Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Builds positive relationships prioritises tasks and delivers high quality customer focused service with initiative and reliability.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
