You will provide support to the UK & Ireland market leaders on projects operations events and webinars Business Development events Governance activity and administration for the Regional Vice President UK & Ireland who you will report to.
You Will:
Support the RVP UK & Ireland with administrative tasks including travel coordination meeting coordination diary management expense management office management and other general office support responsibilities.
Support the UK Member Engagement & Events team including support for webinars collation of event feedback marketing material and courier management.
Support the Business Development team with attendance and promotion of CIMA at Business Development events. Attend training and refresher courses.
Support the UK & Ireland Operations Manager with administrative and social media activity
Organise leadership meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on actions for Leadership meetings and governance groups.
