Part time 30.00 hours per week 39 weeks per year

Fixed Term for one academic year 1 September 2025 31 August 2026 (Subject to funding)

We are a popular school wishing to appoint a learning coach to join our F2 key stages 1 and 2. We believe in our school vision Right Start Bright Future.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and teaching who understands the importance of educating the whole child. At Brookhurst we aim to achieve high standards in core subjects within a broad balanced and enriched curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capacity to deliver good and better outcomes for all the children in their care demonstrating understanding of how adjustments will be needed for those pupils with additional barriers to their learning. They must have the skills to work as part of a team and be willing to make a contribution to the extended community of the school.

We have a supportive and experienced staff who support new members of our team and leaders and governors committed to your professional development.

There are three learning coach positions available. We are a forwardthinking school. Strong professional relationships are paramount demonstrating care and the highest of expectations.
