What the Role Involves:
As Maths Lead Practitioner you will lead the delivery of an engaging and inclusive Maths curriculum. You will model excellent classroom practice support curriculum development and mentor colleagues across the department. The Maths Lead Practitioner will also play a key role in raising achievement and developing innovative strategies to close gaps and drive progress in Maths across KS3 and KS4.

The ideal Maths Lead Practitioner will be an outstanding classroom teacher with a track record of securing strong progress. You will bring energy expertise and vision to the Maths team along with a commitment to inclusive practice and staff development. Experience working in alternative provisions SEMH settings or with vulnerable learners is advantageous though not essential.
Salary and Contract Info:
Outer London MPS/UPS TLR 2 or 3 available depending on experience. Fulltime permanent contract. Maths Lead Practitioner salary up to 60092 including TLR.
