Job Description
- Whitstable Rd Canterbury CT2 UK
- Fulltime/Parttime
- Rate Per Hour: 12.60
- Employment Type: Permanent Termtime
- Weeks per Year: 40 Contract Type: 30 Hours a week
- Service serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
- Customer Service provide excellent service by paying attention to detail and being attentive to any customer requirements on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns in a friendly manner
- Teamwork collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment
- Adherence to Regulations comply with health and safety regulations as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
- Cleanliness maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications :
- Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
- You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solutionoriented perspective
- Previous experience in a similar role especially in the food service industry is often a plus
- Some knowledge of food safety and Cleaning practices
