We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our HR Services team as a HR Operations Specialist Time!
Be at the heart of our organisation taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of Time Management and Payroll across Bosch UK & Ireland. We oversee 19 payrolls encompassing 4300 associates across various divisions ensuring accuracy and timeliness are always met.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing the time management process from data input and calculation through to delivery collaborating with multiple internal clients and adhering to diverse deadlines.
- Overseeing all timerelated entries for the HCGB business encompassing annualised hours production hours overtime processing absence management and creating comprehensive reports.
- Providing time management support to other Bosch UK businesses including carrying out detective controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the wider HR Shared Function working closely with the Shared Service Hub in Budapest and establishing strong relationships with local UK colleagues.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
