Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life cycle including recruiting hiring onboarding training and firing employees.
- Administer employee benefits ensuring comprehensive and competitive offerings.
- Provide advice on controversial precedent-setting and unusually difficult classification matters.
- Offer guidance on the interpretation of policies and regulations
This position is contingent upon contract award
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in an applicable field
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in employee development and relations
- Professional experience in Benefits Administration
- Professional experience in policy and regulation interpretation
- Proven collaborative and communication skills
