Overview of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Recruitment Manager to join our Partner Recruitment team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. You will support the Head of Partner Recruitment in delivering an effective recruitment strategy to ensure that we recruit great Operations and Clinical Partners in line with the future needs of the business.
This is a full time remote role but it may involve working occasional evenings and weekends to meet Partners in line with their availability. Overnight stays may be required to attend trade shows and other events.
So what will I be doing
As Partner Recruitment Manager you will create robust plans for recruitment activity to achieve a pipeline of Partners to match the Ophthalmic Joint Venture (OJV) target locations and to ensure succession planning in the existing businesses. You will use a wide range of sourcing methods such as employee headhunting employee referrals and job boards as well as developing creative solutions to generate candidates.
Working closely with Support Office colleagues you will continuously refine and improve the Operations Partner selection and approval process working alongside HR to ensure that all regulatory requirements are completed at the right time. You will also work with the Legal team to maintain and update the suite of Newmedica Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) documentation to reflect the current expectations of all future Partners.
In addition you will support the development of a Partner in Development (PID) programme alongside the ongoing development and operational delivery of the Partner Induction programme.
What experience do I need
With a strong background in resourcing it would be beneficial if it has been in the recruitment of healthcare professionals or for senior roles but this is not essential. You will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate generation techniques as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and preemployment checks.
Your excellent communication skills ability to build and maintain long term relationships will be key in this role. You will need the ability to command the attention of Consultant Doctors and Senior Directors which is where your influencing and negotiation skills will come in. Commercial experience will help you to develop solutions that will drive profitability.
We are looking for an innovative thinker with the ability to work with ambiguity and shape ideas into action. You will be a selfstarter who is comfortable working independently in a fast moving results orientated organisation.
