Description

Administrative Officer Family Fund.

Salary:23151 per annum.

Location:Remote.

Contract:Fixed term Contract until end of March 2027 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role

This role forms a key part of the successful delivery of Action for Childrens partnership with Nationwide. Over the partnership Action for Children will deliver grant funding to families children and young people experiencing poverty and hardship. The Family Fund Administrator will be responsible in ensuring the grant giving process is delivered in accordance with our partnership agreement and reporting frameworks and in line with good grant giving principles.

How youll help to create brighter futures

  • Checking and processing claims gathering additional supporting information
  • Assisting the team in producing reports.
  • Managing and minuting meetings connected to the fund and helping to deliver internal communications to support the delivery of programme across all our services.
  • This role will require excellent administration skills knowledge and experience of using CRM systems and excellent people skills.

Lets talk about you

  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working with Excel to an intermediate level.
  • Any previous experience with grant giving and/or working on a funded project would be advantageous.
  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working across teams to gather and convey information in a diplomatic manner.
  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working with PowerPoint
  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working with CRM systems Salesforce experience would be desirable.
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (minimum) or equivalent qualification/experience
