Marketing Manager Cheltenham up to 50000 Onsite parking

This role is an opportunity to join a growing business managing and delivering marketing content within a creative and friendly environment. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to customers and be able to use a data driven decisions to increase customer traffic and acquisition.
My client is marketing focused looking to continue to develop their marketing investment including building international growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a companywide marketing strategy
- Supervise Marketing Team
- Collaborate with IT and Development Agency to deliver website content on Magento platform
- Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
- Identify and manage external affiliates and brand partner agreements
- Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
- Understand Google Analytics and SweetAnalytics and provide reporting to improve customer acquisition
- Maintain working knowledge of best practices in ecommerce marketing
- Manage and develop reporting performance structure of all digital marketing campaigns and report against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Report to and manage regular campaign review and conversion rate/ROI optimisation meetings
- Ensure that the brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channel
Requirements
- Marketing degree
- 3 years digital marketing experience
- Supervisory experience
- Fulltime Cheltenham office based Permanent
- Salary: From 40000 to 50000 depending on experience
- Part of Senior Leadership Team with annual bonus linked to company performance

Schedule
