Job Title: IT Support Consultant

Your Future Team:
Digital is ROCKWOOL Groups IT organization that supplies global solutions and connectivity to around 12000 ROCKWOOL employees in more than 40 countries. Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting users with the installation configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop Desktop computers Printers related IT sanctioned peripherals and software
- Ensuring Laptop/Desktop/Tablets interconnect seamlessly with corporate systems including associated validation systems file servers email servers switches routers etc.
- Resolving and repairing any PC/Windows related issues
- Preparing and rolling out new hardware Laptops Desktops
- Assisting with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventory
- Configurating and troubleshooting on devices
- Coordinating device repair through our suppliers
- Maintaining Service Level Agreements goals and targets
- Handling user request/technical issues as per policies and guidelines
- Complying to the IT processes and Standard Operating Procedures
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a global support environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of technical IT environments
- Previous IT support experience
- Ability to build relationships and provide high level of customer service
